 Processing Time

As a small handmade business, please allow 1–3 working days for your order to be lovingly prepared before it’s sent on its way.

 Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery (2nd Class) – 2–5 working days
  • Express Delivery (1st Class) – 1–3 working days

(Delivery times are estimates and can be a little slower during busy periods like holidays)

 Dispatch & Tracking

You’ll receive a dispatch email once your order is on its way!
Some shipping options include tracking — this will be provided where available.

  • Please double-check your address at checkout to avoid any delays
  • Once your parcel is with Royal Mail, delivery is out of our hands — but we’ll always do our best to help if something goes wrong
