Each order is packed and sent using Royal Mail.
Processing Time
As a small handmade business, please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be lovingly prepared before it’s sent on its way.
Delivery Options
- Standard Delivery (2nd Class): 2–5 working days
- Express Delivery (1st Class): 1–3 working days
(Delivery times are estimates and can be a little slower during busy periods like holidays)

You’ll receive a dispatch email once your order is on its way!
Some shipping options include tracking — this will be provided where available.

- Please double-check your address at checkout to avoid any delays
- Once your parcel is with Royal Mail, delivery is out of our hands — but we’ll always do our best to help if something goes wrong
