Personalised & Custom-Made Items

As all personalised and made-to-order items are created specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect details provided by the customer
  • Spelling or personalisation errors submitted at checkout

Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Faulty
  • Incorrect

You are entitled to a replacement or full refund in line with UK consumer law.

To report an issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue


Non-Personalised Items

For non-custom items, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it for a refund.

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition and packaging

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 5–10 working days for processing
